General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

§ 1 Scope of application

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Hof Schulze Niehues, Flintrup 3, 48231 Warendorf-Freckenhorst and the riding students or their legal guardians when booking riding lessons, riding courses, riding badge courses, riding vacations and the use of accommodation.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

Registration takes place online via our booking system. The contract is concluded with the booking confirmation by e-mail.

§ 3 Prices, Payment, Cancellation

The prices are based on the current price list on our website.
Payment is made on site on the day of arrival; a deposit is not required.
Cancellation conditions: Up to 2 months before arrival free of charge, thereafter staggered fees are due (up to 3 days before 30%, thereafter 60% of the total price).

§ 4 Conditions of participation & security

The wearing of a riding helmet in accordance with European standards and suitable riding equipment is mandatory.
The health suitability for riding must be confirmed by the student or legal guardian.
Liability: We are only liable for intent and gross negligence; no liability is assumed for items brought along.

§ 5 Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal if the service was booked online. You can find the complete withdrawal policy below.

§ 6 House rules, amendments, severability clause

The house rules of the farm apply.
We reserve the right to make changes to the GTC; customers will be informed in writing.
Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

§ 7 Place of jurisdiction & choice of law

German law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Warendorf.
