Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract for the booking of services.

Exercising your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by e-mail or letter).

Observance of the deadline
The deadline is observed if you send the notification before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of receipt of your declaration of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Special features
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have provided the agreed service in full and you have expressly agreed before the start of the service that we will begin with the performance and you lose your right of withdrawal as a result.
